By making a purchase, you acknowledge your agreement to these Purchase Terms:

1. Condition: All items sold are vintage or pre-owned so may show signs of wear. Any notable flaws will be stated in the condition description so please make sure to read it carefully before purchasing. 

2. Returns and Exchanges: All sales are final. We do not offer any returns, refunds or exchanges.

3. Shipping: We aim to ship most orders on Mondays. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays in our shipping schedule. We will make every effort to dispatch your order as soon as possible. We are not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries, please get in touch with the courier with your tracking number to get accurate updates.

4. Import and Customs: We are required to accurately mark product values on customs forms and cannot mark any order as gift or low value. If an import fee is due, the customer is responsible. If the customer does not pay the import fees in the required timeframe, the customer acknowledges the order might risk getting lost and we will consider the order as abandoned. 

5. Descriptions: All products are described as accurately as possible but sizing and measurements are to be treated as estimated and as a rough guide. Please get in touch if you have any specific question.

6. All Products are sold 'as-is' and do not have a guarantee. Please note that some materials used in vintage items can sometime degrade over time and we are not responsible for any damage that may arise from this.
