00s 'Plein Sud' Black Hooded Dress

Vintage 2000s ‘Plein Sud’ black knitted hooded dress made from stretchy and sheer knit. There is a front pocket and toggles on the hood. 
 
Size: There is no size label but I would say fits like a size XS or S (maybe also m). For reference the mannequin is a size XS.
 
Great vintage condition.
 
Measurements: 
- Shoulders 15"
- Chest 32" and stretches to around 38"
- Waist 26" and stretches to around  32"
- Length 52.5"
- Sleeve length 27.5"
