00s 'Plein Sud' Ruched Brown Dress

Vintage 00s 'Plein Sud' brown drape dress with a beautiful ruched construction. The dress features a scooped neckline and 3/4 length sleeves. The side has a slit and is slightly shorter. Made from thin stretchy jersey fabric.

Size: There is no size label but I would say fits like a size Xs or Small. For reference, the mannequin is a size XS.

Great vintage condition - some faint sun fading on some parts due to age and some light bobbling. 

Measurements: 
- Chest 28" and stretches to around 36"
- Waist 22" and stretches to around 33"
- Length 54"
