Vintage ‘Gucci’ (by Tom Ford) S/S 1997 strapless brown dress. Made from slightly stretchy fabric (89% wool 6% nylon 5% spandex). Seen several times on the runway in different fabrics, this one is the same colour worn by Naomi Campbell to open the show. Also featured in the original ad campaign.
Very good vintage condition - there is a tiny repair on one side near the seam.
Size: Labelled as a size IT42 (M) and fits true to size. For reference, the mannequin is a size XS so the dress was pinned at the back for the photos.
Measurements:
- Top of dress 32.5" and stretches to around 35"
- Waist 33.5" and stretches to around 36"
- Length 34.5" (side seam)
