1999 'Prada' Leaf Silk Skirt

Vintage ‘Prada’ F/W 1999 sheer silk mid-length skirt. The waist is elasticated and can be adjusted with a toggle. Made from 96% silk 4% other fibres . The skirt combines two different details seen separately on the runway - the classic leaf print and the patent leather bug/leaf details. The dress with the leaf print was also worn on red carpets by Gillian Anderson and by Sarah Jessica Parker.
 
Size:  Labelled as a size IT 42 (M) and I'd say fits true to size. Would also fit a smaller size by cinching the waist tighter and/or wearing it mid/low waisted. 
 
Very good vintage condition - Two of the patent leather details have some small scratches but these don't take from how special this skirt is.
