90s 'Donna Karan' Blue Dress

Vintage 1990s ‘Donna Karan’ dark blue sleeveless long dress with v-neckline. There is a black leather tie that can be tied around the waist and attached either at the front or back. Made from stretchy jersey (slightly sheer).
 
Size: Labelled as a size Small and fits true to size although would also fit a size XS. For reference, the mannequin is a size XS.
 
Great vintage condition.
 
Measurements: 
- Chest 34" and stretches to around 41"
- Waist 36" and stretches to around 44"
- Length 52"
